SL Benfica confirmed for UK Pre Season Tour & Matches

Milenio Sports have reached agreement with English League 1 side Burton Albion FC and Championship side Derby County FC to host Portuguese Champions SL Benfica on 21st and 28th of July 2015 respectively. SL Benfica will stay and train at The FA's Training Centre St George's Park in Burton Upon Trent and Milenio Sports will be responsible for the delivery of the Benfica TV production, all logistics and match arrangements as well as training camp support. Benfica claimed their 34th Portuguese League title last weekend and today also announced a major kit sponsorship agreement with Emirates Airlines. The new kit and sponsor will feature for the first time during these friendly UK matches in July. Benfica's stay at St George's Park comes on back of training camp visits of FC Barcelona and FC Porto in 2014 and cements both St George's Park's reputation as a leading elite team training destination in Europe and Milenio Sports growing reputation as a leading provider of training camp and friendly match solutions to Europe's leading clubs.
