Republic of Ireland U17s 2003s complete training camp in Benidorm with 2-1 defeat to Russia

Russia played host to Republic of Ireland U17 2003s this week at Melia Villaitana near Benidorm. This was the first camp and matches for Colin O'Brien's 2003 group who will compete in UEFA U17 First Round Qualification in Cork next month (the finals for which will be held in Estonia next summer) Both teams enjoyed wins this week with Republic of Ireland emerging 2-0 winners in the first match on 6th of September at La Nucia CF Ciudad de Futbol while Russia emerged victorious in the second match with a 2-1 win on 9th of September also at La Nucia.
